Effective December 19, 2016

Pursuant to LMCO 115.241(B) the Director hereby promulgates the following emergency regulation:

Pursuant to LMCO 115.253 (3) (d) Taxicab drivers shall be permitted to charge each metered trip across the toll bridges between Kentucky and Indiana the sum of $4 for a round trip bridge crossing, provided that the driver can establish through his manifest that the return trip was necessary. All Taxicabs shall be equipped with a transponder to ensure the lowest price to the customer. The surcharge for the bridge crossing permitted shall rise with any additional increases in the bridge crossing tolls.

2020 Taxi Cab University Schedule

Taxi Cab University is held the third Wednesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Airport Maintenance Facility Building. Two meetings will held in January due to the increase of attendance. During November and December (due to the holidays), the class will be held the second Wednesday of the month.

	+	Regional Airport Authority Charges

		TOTAL FARE
		If TOTAL FARE is less than $8.65 then a maximum rate of $8.65 may be charged.
		An additional charge of $3.00 per passenger beginning with the 5th passenger may be added

AIRPORT TO PRIVATE RESIDENCE

		Metered Fare
	+	Charges or tolls to enter or leave any passenger terminals
	+	Charges or tolls to use cross roads or bridges
	+	Charges or tolls to pick up or discharge passengers at public facilities
		TOTAL FARE
		An additional charge of $3.00 per passenger beginning with the 5th passenger may be added to the metered fare.

KENTUCKY EXPO CENTER TO DOWNTOWN -- DOWNTOWN TO KENTUCKY EXPO CENTER

(No stops between Kentucky Expo Center to Downtown/Downtown to Kentucky Expo Center)

Flat rate fare is $18.00
An additional charge of $3.00 per passenger beginning with the 5th passenger may be added.
No other charges may be added.

KENTUCKY EXPO CENTER TO AIRPORT

(No stops between Kentucky Expo Center and Airport)

Flat rate is $6.00
An additional charge of $3.00 per passenger beginning with the 5th passenger may be added.
No other charges may be added.
