As of March 17, 2020, our facilities are temporarily closed to the public to help stem the spread of COVID-19. Please contact our staff by phone for information and assistance.

  • Local agencies help residents expedite receipt of federal economic stimulus payments
  • COVID-19 Community Resources
    These resources are available thanks to a combination of local and state government programs, non-profit agencies, service providers, and more. We will work to continually update the information as more opportunities come on line or additional needs arise.
  • Eviction Prevention Assistance
    Up to 6 months rental assistance is available eligible households who have a pending court eviction, or a past due notice from their landlord.  View a downloadable flyer.
  • One Louisville COVID-19 Response Fund -
    As of August 25, 2020, all appointments are full for the One Louisville:  COVID-19 Response Fund.  Call 574-4377 and press #4 to check on the status of existing applications.
  • LIHEAP Summer Cooling
    LIHEAP Summer Cooling will operate from now through the end of October 31, 2020, or until funding is depleted, whichever comes first.
